Warrigal Community Villages provide you with a wide range of amenities.

In addition to 24hr emergency call systems and security-patrolled grounds, our villas and apartments are modern, open plan, with quality features and fittings. They are situated in well appointed locations, some with court yards, maintained or self maintained gardens or BBQ areas. We have a range of 1 – 3 bedroom villas and apartments, on ground level or upstairs, with car spaces, carports and garages depending on your choice of village.

Recreational activities take place in our well planned outdoor areas and Community Centres, such as games, clubs, exercise groups, BBQs, happy hours and many other leisure activities. We also have well stocked libraries. Our Village Services Team supports each Warrigal Community in planning off site activities, bus and shopping trips providing you with the opportunity to socialise with friends, old and new.

You can also visit our Wellness Centres (located in our Residential Care Homes), where you can make appointments with our on-site hairdresser, enjoy a pedicure, or spend some quiet reflective time in our chapels.

Some Warrigal Community Villages are co-located with our Residential Care Homes and can offer greater levels of support at the same village,* allowing families to remain together while accessing support through various stages of their lives.

For those in need of specialised services such as palliative or dementia care we have a skilled team of nurses and medical experts and personal carers on hand.

Extra Services

Extra services is a premium service which is offered at some of our Residential Care Homes allowing you additional options and a menu of service choices. An additional daily fee is charged for this service and an accommodation bond will also apply.

It provides you with the support you need around your own home, giving you choice and control over the services you want and how they are delivered.

Warrigal Social offers individual programs that stimulate and entertain our customers as well as giving them the opportunity to participate in some light exercise, outings and craft activities, all while socialising with their peers.

Warrigal Social can be accessed either via referrals from medical practitioners and other service providers, or alternatively you, your family or friends may also call to discuss your requirements.

Warrigal Social welcomes you 6 days a week from Monday – Friday between 8.30am and 5.30pm and Saturday until 5pm.

Warrigal Social customers have access to us via transport provided by Warrigal. Many of our drivers and support staff are volunteers dedicated to the ongoing success of this service.

In the course of a day at Warrigal Social we serve morning tea and a nutritious home cooked lunch. Customers with special dietary needs are catered for.

Before attending Warrigal Social our staff take every possible care to ensure that the opportunity is the best one for you. A formal assessment (ACAT) is not required.

While there is a small fee for Warrigal Social services, special circumstances are always taken into account.
