My Club Connect celebrates Grandparents Day

My Club Connect celebrates Grandparents Day

Grandparents Day is a day to recognise the important work grandparents do in strengthening our communities. To mark this day, My Club Connect is celebrating National Grandparents Day on Sunday, 21st October.

This free family event will keep you and the kids entertained. There’s plenty to see and do for the whole family with line dancing, Tai Chi demonstrations, face painting, cookie decorating, a magic show, family photo booth, pop-up stalls and more!

There will also be a FREE sausage sizzle and the day will culminate with prize draws and a lucky door prize. Just some of the fabulous prizes include a Nespresso Coffee Machine (valued at $299), Harbour Story cruise vouchers, a $100 Bunnings voucher, vouchers from Escape Kayak Tour deals and more!

Come along; have a grand time celebrating grandparents and the other special older people in your life.

Festivities kick off in the Diamond Room at Warilla Bowls.

From driving buses to regular visits, even assisting with our business operations, we have many varied opportunities for anyone who would like to donate their time, energy and skills to Warrigal’s residents.
